Training Booking terms and conditions:

Please note that all courses are trained by professional ex -military personnel with acting experience and military advisor credits, and by experienced first line police and medical responders. As such we need to ensure that we optimise their time with you. To ensure a quality outcome we run a maximum cohort number of 10, and a minimum of 6.

 

If you book a course and we have insufficient numbers three business days prior to the course commencement date your booking will be automatically transferred to the next available date. Similarly, if the course is oversubscribed your booking may be moved to the next available date, based on a first come first served basis. You will be informed of this change and there will be no extra costs associated with the change. If you are not able to attend the new date, we will hold a credit for you to attend when convenient for you and us.

 

Please note there will be no refunds associated with date changes so please ensure that you are able to attend the full day of training before you make a booking OR before you accept an alternative date.

 

Refunds will only be made if a cancellation occurs at least 10 working days before the course date or a medical certificate can be provided as evidence of the need to cancel.
